Mr. McClellan, as owner of JDM Associates, has responsibilities ranging from general firm management to specific project assignments. His responsibilities with a subsidary firm, AE Support Group, include directing software support for several architectural and facilities management organizations using ARRIS systems. AE Support Group also provides consultation services for the elimination of architectural barriers and acts as an independent contract to the State of Texas for accessibility reviews and inspections.

Mr. McClellan's early experience included work on projects for numerous military installations in the San Antonio area, a series of nursing home additions and several municipal buildings. Through association with the district architect, Mr. McClellan was responsible for Design through Contract Administration for over $20 million worth of school construction for the Judson School District from 1973 to 1978. While maintaining the ongoing work of JDM Associates, he served as District Architect for Randolph Field Independent School District for several years.

Mr. McClellan began the JDM Associates firm in 1975, initially concentrating in residential design for such companies as P & O Steamship Line's Residential Divisions out of London, England; Hooker Corporation from Sidney, Australia, and local San Antonio Builders such as Schaefer Homes. Mr. McClellan's recent experience has been concentrated on one and two story educational and office facilities, including numerous additions and remodelings. It has been the philosophy of Mr. McClellan to build a diverse portfolio of projects. In this regard, his work has ranged from remodeling a beverage company into studios for Rogers Cable Systems, and work on KENS Television Studios, to design of a parts warehouse and service center for Grande Ford Truck Sales. Recent work ranges from a $3.5 million private pre-K through 8th grade school to a 0 degree 40,000 s.f. freezer building and warehouse for Lone Star Bakery.

Mr. Morley has experience both in site data collection techniques and in computer aided drafting and database management, as well as experience in three dimensional modeling by computer. His work at JDM Associates has included work ranging from space planning to site analysis and development, as well as detailing in construction documents. Network and Cadd database management have recently been added to his duties.
